ABOUT

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology and Art History from Auckland University, New Zealand, Teresa started her career as a graduate for Gemini Consulting (a Management Consulting firm) in their Special Projects Development team, which focused on both internal and external clients globally. After leaving Gemini she worked with two major e-commerce start-ups in setting up their businesses. Her last major position was the Human Resources Director for Loyalty Management UK Ltd (LMUK), the organisation that set up and managed the Nectar Loyalty card. Teresa left LMUK to have a family and
is currently working as an Executive Business and Transition Coach, having completed her postgraduate certificate in Executive Coaching.
Teresa Dinan
Throughout her career to date, Teresa has acquired extensive experience across new business start-ups, the public sector and consulting environments. She has developed and supported organisational strategies and operations through change management; alongside this, the implementation of policies and procedures at a practical level aligned with industry best practice underpinned her work. She has also successfully worked closely with managers and employees throughout businesses operating at all levels of the organisation. In the past, Teresa built strong relationships with Board Directors for Private Equity backed investments and Executive Board members.
Teresa's coaching is delivered through a combination of face to face and virtual coaching sessions to suit the needs of a client. The team will structure a programme and provide on-going support, via email or telephone in between sessions, to help clients attain their goals and drive actions forward.
Teresa is a member of the ICF. The ICF defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential”.
